It is the right time to re-soldering the capacitors we removed before.
First solder the filter capacitor at it's original place from top side. Be careful, this is electrolytic and polarity must be correct. Now, solder the voltage dropper capacitor at it's place. It is non polarized, so you can solder it either way. At the last stage, we will connect opto-transistor.
