I am wanting to do this, but have some questions Does the intensity change based on the length of the challenge I choose? Also, has anyone used it for purely exercise without using the diet plan? I cook for a family and do not want to subject everyone to such sparse meals. I am enjoying this video game a lot. I am going to buy the balance board to use with it, though it works fine without it. I feel like I am getting a great workout, and I can keep track of my calories too.

I found it last week in the bag and decided to put it in my system. I was so surprised and impressed at the time of my weigh it to see that it's done exactly the way they do it on the show. I found myself getting nervous and then excited to see that I lost two pounds. I've decided that maybe I should eat better to see if how much I can lose on a diet and working out.
